Local Music Hot Spot - Interaction Design Project

This is my project submission for the class DESIGN 206 Design Methods at UW. Teams of four were given topics to research to find opportunities for interaction design. We chose to focus on third spaces centered around music.

We interviewed music artists, event-goers, and venue owners local to Seattle; conducted a participatory design workshop; and refined our many ideas to create a final prototype to present at the final design showcase for the class.

We ended up imagining a public music installation with directed speakers to highlight music event spaces local to Seattle.
